HOW TO ORDER:

After submitting your form, and once you are set up as a vendor, you will receive a unique wholesale discount code to your e-mail that will enable you to place orders when it is convenient for you.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

A minimum order of $200 is required. The minimum annual spending requirement to maintain your account with us is $250. Prices are subject to change without notice.

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Orders will typically ship out 2-3 weeks from the day you order. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with our current lead time for that product. Should it extend longer than that, we will contact you immediately. Your patience is appreciated as all of our wholesale products are carefully made to order.  

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Shipping costs apply to all wholesale orders and will be calculated upon checkout depending on order total and shipping address. Store drop-off is an option based on location. Bones & Co. is based out of Northern New Jersey.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to bonesandcoapothecary@gmail.com within 72 hours.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received damaged products. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package for replacement or credit. 

We will not tolerate vendors removing any labels from our products. We reserve the right to immediately discontinue wholesale business with any of our vendors.
